Can I earn and redeem my points at any of your locations including online?
Yes! You can redeem and earn points at both of our locations and our online store.
Please make sure that you sign into our online store with the same details (email and/or phone number) you created in-shop, or that you have signed in as for previous orders.
If you have not yet created an account with us, please sign up on our website with your information and the option to join loyalty will show up.
Where can I view my points?
You can view your points by signing into your online account with us on our website. Log into our site with the same email you used to sign up either in shop or on previous online orders.
Are points transferable and do they expire?
Our reward points are non-transferable, and they do not expire!
How can I leave the program?
While we expect that you’ll love the benefits of this program, you can unsubscribe from communication at any time by unsubscribing from emails and texting STOP.
