Who Makes the Masks? EQUIPE masks are produced in partnership with Canal Alliance, a San Rafael, California community focused non-profit that champions immigrants who are challenged by a lack of resources and an unfamiliar environment. EQUIPE masks are sewn by home-based sewers in the Canal District in San Rafael generating much needed income during the economic downturn brought on by Covid-19. EQUIPE donates masks for distribution to the Canal Alliance, and other community based social services agencies.

The cotton used is deadstock fabric and upcycled into these masks from a textile company in Marin County.
Care: Machine or hand washable.
End Life: Cut off the elastic straps, and trash. Cut into mask to obtain aluminum and recycle. Cut mask into smaller pieces and compost the cotton!
